Online Jobs & Careers Fair

The purpose of the Greater Lincolnshire LEP is to drive economic growth and to be the voice of the local business community, ensuring that the economic interests of the area are properly represented.

In response to the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, Greater Lincolnshire LEP has been working closely with partners and the Local Resilience Forum throughout the COVID-19 pandemic to support our local economy, business and workforce.

Despite the current challenges that people and business are facing there are local employers who are recruiting right now.  Getting together physically in a traditional jobs fair is not possible at the moment. The purpose of this site, working in partnership with many organisations across the Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland area, is to bring people and organisations together in one place at the same time. The fairs aim to share training and employment opportunities far and wide.

What is the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP)?

The Greater Lincolnshire LEP is a business led partnership made up of private and public sector leaders.  Working with Government and stakeholders to find solutions enables us to deliver the strategic projects and programmes that will drive local prosperity and economic growth.

Greater Lincolnshire is now widely regarded as a very successful LEP and has gained a strong reputation for delivery and influence, with many schemes and investments now taking shape.

Our £307 million growth plan is progressing at pace and we are driving some crucial national agendas from food to water to skills, as well as being recognised in Government as offering some unique opportunities for national pilots.

126 men and women now sit on our boards, with over 100 of these directly from the business community.

There are 38 LEPs across England, created locally following a request by Government, to ensure better conditions for economic growth.
